I am an artist living in the Daytona Beach area. I discovered the world of digital photography in 2006, and since that time have fallen in love with it, blending art with photography, so many of my shots are not always for "purists"! I like pushing the boundaries a bit.

If you comment on my work, you will most likely get a comment in return, whenever I'm able to do so. Recently, I've made a large effort to respond in kind to those who are kind enough to pay attention to my work! If I can't, I usually let people know in my stream. The best way to receive a comment from me is to comment on one of the most recent posts in my stream, as I check those first. Otherwise, it might take a little while for me to get to you, since sometimes there are pages of comments , one at a time, on old photos, and I don't always see them. I don't slight people if I can help it, but I just can't spend all day scouring my pics to see if anyone looked at them, lol! Flickr is fun, but it can be all too consuming, and playing catch up can really take forever. Lately, I've discovered several comments that were made ages ago that I never replied to. I've tried to rectify that, but it was only because someone ELSE commented recently that I caught it. Anyway, I'm pretty much caught up, and I try to stay on top of things.

I'd like to thank all my friends on here for several years of wonderful caring, support, and encouragement, which certainly helps someone grow much more than critique and arrogance does. I think I've grown in my ability, and my art, and I like to help others do so, too. If you have any questions about how I do what I do, I'll be glad to tell you if you Flickrmail me.

One last thing....I am 56 years old. I am 200 pounds. I am not a hot 20 year old, even though I look pretty good in my retouched self portraits! (I'm not bad at what I do!) Please don't contact me to hit on me. I am a born again Christian, and I don't have any intentions of compromising my faith. don't even ask. I don't pose nude. I don't have any desire to do self portraits for you to lust over. I have no desire to go out with anyone on here unless he's also born again, over 40, and wants someone who loves Christ more than he wants a "babe". PLEASE do not send me suggestive videos, or links to your own nude photos! I'm not interested! If you do, I will block you. That said, I DO welcome your friendship, and appreciate your respect.
