My interest in photography started as an offset to my more "left-brain" occupation of computer programming. Years ago I used an SLR with a bag full of lenses and then started to use a compact digital. Frustrating and challenging at the same time. Then I won a sony alpha700 DSLR so now I find myself using both.
Flickr is a great place for inspiration as there are so many creative and talented people here. It may be worth noting that with my images I try to replicate how I see the world and that my photo making is not for the sake of making art. I am not an artist and I am not a photographer, at least I do not see myself as either.
