I'm Carrie, and I'm 18.

So maybe I'm not as good as the 349073473934 other people my age who take photos, but I love to take pictures, and I always have.

I'm a freshman in college and have no intention of studying art. I am trying to become a nurse, in fact, and time will tell how that works out. :)

    Well, as a photographer, I have to give you HUGE credit for your self-portraits. They are rather incredible, and I'm not really sure how you managed to have the creative drive and photographic skills to make those (roughly) 365 spectacular works of art. It's really amazing what a year's worth of emotions can generate...come to think of it, I might even try it. Aside from those photos, your other work is exceptionally good. It just has that certain quality to it. I really can't describe it, but it is GOOD. Very good in fact.

    Determined, skilled photographers at a high school age are incredibly hard to find, at least in my experience. I know about 3 people that have actually taken artistic photos at school..you're one of them, and arguably the best. You have a passion for photography I've never seen before, at least in anyone I've actually met. You're incredibly talented, and I'd say it's both a pleasure and an honor to have you as a real-life offline friend.
