C.C.Photo86 is a portrait studio that I created. What does C.C.Photo86 photograph do? I photograph Models, Portraits, and Weddings. All sittings can be photographed on location or in the studio.

Where I Started

In the year 2000, I started photography and my first two years I did not have a camera. I would take the family photos and redevelop them in black and white. I would look at books and dream of photography—I would look at the lighting that the photographer used. What I did not realized is that I was training myself in the art of photography. I looked at the masters of photography and telling myself that I could do this.

In 2002 I purchased a camera; this camera was a 35mm Minolta Maximum5 (film), with a 28-80 lens and 75-300 lens. She was my first baby. I did not really use it that much until I went to a photography class at BCC in the fall of 2006. So I changed my course of study from a B.A. in Business Marketing to a B.S. in Photographic Technology at UCF. As I was going to school, I stated working at JCPenny’s Portrait Studio in June 2005-Feb 2007. With the intention of running my own portrait studio with was machine at the interview, I was hired anyway. While L was working there I purchased a Nikon D200 with an 18-70 3.5- 4.5 lens and studio lighting equipment. In the spring of 2007 I stopped working for the J.C. Penneys with two years of studio management, sales, and photography experience to show for it. I started my own portrait studio called C.C. Photo86.
