I used to say "Since I don't know what I want to be or do when I grow up, and it won't be a big, red fire engine as I thought when 3, I've been exploring my creative side for the past 8 years while my kind husband slaves hard at the "book mine" as he calls it." But now I do know what I want to be - An Old Woman - and do - "The world is my business" (quoted from "A Christmas Carol"),so I pray for others. And in 2010 I will become a "Granby" and have lots more to be and do :>)! I have learned much from my grown children and am self taught for the rest. Two of our three "kids" were married the summer of 2006 and the youngest one engaged and that's why I came to flickr (see my other account BN catchesthelight for wedding and other photos). Flickr is just what I was looking for for added inspiration and fun in my second childhood and some socialization in a rather solitary existence.
