Caroline Havers - painter
Specific shapes, a striking color combination, or the rhythms in nature can act as a trigger point to start a work. From there on the paints and brushes take over. Still somewhat true to their origins, the shapes, colors, and forms are balanced and re-arranged.
A steady development in letting go and morphing into her own language inventions and storytelling. Caroline’s work is constantly in development, it has been a trip from touch and go from highly realism towards an almost abstract expressionism this all tossed with a contagious enthusiasm for all the inventions in nature.
Current and Upcoming Exhibition(s)
The Floriade World Horticultural Expo 2012, will be held for the 6th time.
This spectacular showcase of nature will take place in Venlo, in the south of the Netherlands.
Almost neighbours to this event, Galerie IROK in Horst will host a special thematic exhibition from the first of April 2012 until the 7th of October 2012.
