I earn my living as a part-time computer programmer.
I got interested in photography after completing a short course with the Open University, but really my technical knowledge is quite poor.
Right now I'm working towards a degree in Creative Arts with the Open College of Arts. I'm learning how to draw so I'm working my way through the OCA Drawing Skills course. For the duration of 2012 I hope to upload a sketch a day to my Flickr account in the hope that practice makes better.
I have a student art blog which I use to try and record my learning progress. It's mainly for my OCA tutors and peers but of course it's completely public.
I am married to Ian (Hypocentre) and I live in England.
