I'm recently retired from a 35 year high-stress career. The kids are grown and now in university. My hubby has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease. Our life together has been changed inalterably. Our retirement plans have been completely hijacked. So, we begin to re-define what life together is for us. We try to find the "happy" each day.
My camera gets us out into the world to see and do. It gives us a focus for discussion about the here and now. It records special moments, beautiful locations and simple days in the time we have left together.
I appreciate contacts as it gives me another window on the world. I learn from your point of view and your experience.
