"I have known Val since .....well it has been a long time. Her and I ran, and ran around for many years. She was the only friend that had a "real camera" so to speak..If I remember correctly she had a Minolta, I had my Nikon (EM), that 's a long time ago.
We took our cameras everywhere. We took many road trips including Virginia, New Hampshire, Maine (by accident), Delaware, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and of course the Jersey Shores. More than being average teen-agers, we had cameras, impressive cameras, above the norm.
Now, I see Val taking fantastic glimpses of how she sees it. Bravo Val!, your work is breathtaking. Hat's off to you!!!"14th March, 2008

"Flickr has many incredible talented photographers & Val is certainly up there in the ranking. She has only been a member of Flickr for a short time but grows from strength to strength with her talents & creativity. Covering a wide range of unique images which really in my mind show that her imagination & thinking is on full alert at any given moment which is certainly proven on her Flickr stream.
In my short time of knowing her i have learnt new techniques myself & she is always willng to share her knowledge & skills. She has recognised this herself & is even sharing techniques whenever an image is upload to other Flickr members.
