"I've known Cam for quite a while, since he was a kid. I know him to be
a sincere, hard-working guy who, in private, is a quick-quipping
improv comedian, a dedicated surfer, a decent singer, a great father
of two, a good husband to his dynamic wife and a loyal friend to Ruth
and I. He has always drawn and been interested in Art with a special
attraction to unauthorized public art, known as graffiti, graff and
street art. He began his professional Art career with stop-action
animation (MTV's "Celebrity
Deathmatch", Eddie Murphy's "The PJ's" and a bunch
of independent projects). He worked for a while as a Special Effects
Director on major studio movies, but didn't feel challenged and
bravely quit to focus on his own art. Though he produces amazing HDR
and panorama images, many of the Graffiti Wall at Venice Beach which
go beyond documentary, becoming art themselves, for the past year he
has focused on painting. His crazy, ambitious work is
scheduled for a debut solo show at a major gallery in Los
Angeles area. I'm overwhelmed by his awesome paintings, enjoy
following his photostream and am very proud to know him."2nd September, 2007
