It all started out with a passion for baking and a curious interest in cake decorating...

I signed up for cake decorating classes in August 2007 starting with the most basic level and progressed through the different levels. I was fortunate to have a fun and patient teacher and thanks to her, I now I have the basics to get myself up and running with creating beautiful edible pieces of art!

I want to thank my first "clients" (family and good friends) for their support and to allow me the opportunity to build my cake portfolio.

Cake decorating is something I do part-time as I do have a full-time day job during the week but hopefully one day I'll be able say goodbye to the grind of the rat race and setup a commercial kitchen like Cake Boss and Ace of Cakes doing what I love.
