The Canadian Alliance of Community Health Centre Associations (CACHCA) / Regroupement canadien des associations de centres communautaires de santé (RCACCS) was established in 1995.
It provides support to Canada’s provincially-based Community Health Centres (CHC) and their associations, working to improve health and health care for individuals and families in communities across Canada.
CACHCA / RCACCS advocates CHCs as a cost-effective and successful method for delivering primary health care. Currently, there are over 300 CHCs across the country, in all provinces and territories.
