As a former model, I appreciate what it feels like to be in front of the camera. I recognise what works and how to create that feeling you want to capture. I loved posing for photos, no matter where or when and I relished seeing the results and hoping that my image would evoke the ‘wow’ factor within the viewer.

My passion for photography started in my late teens, when I realised that instead of looking at the celebrities or places in the photos, I was thinking of how fantastic it must have felt to be the photographer that ‘got that shot’. I regularly cut out and kept photos that I found myself unable to stop staring at and I continue to bore my poor partner Nick to death with constantly asking him to ‘pose’, ‘stand there’ or ‘look away’ so I can ‘get that shot’ for our scrap book.

I am lucky enough to say I have travelled quite extensively and it is seeing the wonderful, mesmerising architecture and landscapes that results in me taking over 300 images and once I am home, I wait nervously for them to upload to my computer so I can start editing and enhancing them and sharing them with those I love.
