~ Butterfly Carrie ~ *ShutterBug*'s photostream

Fairly new to photography and so far enjoying it! Though ive always been known to have a camera on me to capture precious moments with my friends , My passion sprang from a trip to New York where i first played with my Canon 500N (SLR with film!) The city completly inspired me to capture every moment in a memorable and unique way and i havent stopped since!

I moved on to a Canon 450d when i realized how much developing a film was costing me! Choosing was so hard, there are some truley amazing cameras out there! but i decided i wanted to stick with Canon so i read the reviews and went with what felt right ..in my mind and hands!

Im already looking into what i might like next!

My images displayed are fairly Raw, i tend not to play too much with photoshop or editing except from the usual cropping and playing with colours as i feel i dont want to steer away from the original capture. However im not totally against photoshop and maybe in the future it is something i might look into a little more.

My photostream contains just a small handful of some of my captures. Some i like to keep for myself but these are ones im proud to display. :) As im new(ish) to the photography world, my portfolio at the moment is rather small but in time i hope to expand in to many areas and im really looking forward to bringing my ideas to life.

Its not about how many comments you get- it's about displaying the photos you're proud of :o)
