I approach art with a zen like process, both as artist and viewer. As artist the moment of enlightenment comes when I understand that I have captured the essence of the image its truth.

As viewer it becomes a journey of mentally exploring the art and where it takes my mind and that moment of zen comes when I see my truth in the work that I am pondering.
