With a shared passion for good design and progressive building techniques, Steven Brooks and Sean Wilson began their first project as Brookwil in 2000. It has since grown into a full-service design and build company, specializing in modern and efficient homes in the Seattle area. Whether working with a client’s architect or our in-house design team, building a new house or remodeling an older one, our most important consultants are our clients and we are as proud of the relationships we build with them as we are of their finished projects. We are design-minded builders and build-minded designers who never lose sight of the fact that each project is a home in which our clients, in many cases, will raise families and, in all cases, build memories.
