I believe that the art of photography consists in transforming the ordinary into something beautiful, extraordinary and unique. A good photographer takes normal things, things that we see every day and that we take for granted, and makes them special. It can be that little detail that changes everything or it can simply be a new angle. A good photo shows us things that our own eyes wouldn't immediately see if we were placed in front of the motive. I like photos where I have to think twice- or look twice- before I realise what I am looking at.
