Hello. Welcome to my short profile...

I stumbled upon Flickr back in 2007 and thought it would be an excellent medium to share photos of my trips to India - Gurdwaras being the main interest ;)

I've been very fortunate to have been exposed to my faith, as well as culture from a young age. For this reason I love going to India, living differently, exploring and going to Gurdwaras!

I have been to many Gurdwaras in India but have never been able to take a photo, mainly because of not having a personal camera and 'cos I was young and had no real interest in photography back then.

However, looking back I wish had one as I have many fond memories of some Gurdwaras I've been too. For example, in 2003 I went to Sri Hemkunt Sahib which is a trip that I'll cherish for the rest of my life. But without the photos I can't really relive that experience without plugging in the old camcorder!

Now, the camera is and will always be with me whenever and wherever I go. My aim is to visit every Historical Gurdwara before I'm an old man and unable to walk!

Now, my photography skills leave a lot to be desired but I do try my best! :P
