My name is Brian Wells. I'm currently a senior at Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio, studying Journalism and Public Relations with a minor in Marketing.
Most of my photography experience has come from my work with The Collegian, our campus newspaper. A lot of people describe themselves as being a particular kind of photographer, such as a 'concert photographer' or a 'portrait photographer'. I do a little bit of everything- concerts, sports, portraits, landscapes, cars, animals... You name it, chances are I've shot it at some point.
I started taking pictures when I was about 9 years old using an old 35mm SLR. I started doing photography as a more serious hobby about four years ago, and started shooting for publications about three years ago.
