I fell in love with photography when I was 12. I came home from summer school one day and asked my father how to use his twin-lens Rollei and hand held light meter. I've been hooked since.
I love color, but I'm shooting mostly people these days. I like shooting with a shorter lens to get closer, and I don't like the compression of longer lenses. I'm also shooting a lot with a single simple lighting set up.
I must also say, I've fallen in love the photos of many of you. Thanks for your postings!
About the name...A really big Kohan. It's a Jewish thing, and I'm 6-2.
These days I'm shooting with a Nikon D200. I've owed 6 digitals, this is my very favorite. You'll also see posts from my first digicam was a Canon G1. The G1 was a very good camera too.
