My background is in Advertising and Marketing, although for the past several years I've been involved (concurrently) in both modelling and writing. I believe that laughter is the best medicine, in living life to the fullest, and ALWAYS HAVING ADVENTURES.

I've always had an interest in photography, and had been diligently practicing for the day that I would call a DSLR (Nikon, naturally – no offense to Canon users) my own. In November 2008, the much-anticipated day arrived and I purchased my Nikon D60. I look forward to experimenting (gasp) beyond the realm of ‘automatic’ to fully maximize my camera’s capabilities and capture images as I see the world.

I appreciate all comments and constructive criticism as I'm open to learning anything I can from my fellow photographers as I develop my skills.
