I was born and raised in Texas and can't really imagine living anywhere else. I am 30, married to a wonderful computer/math nerdy kind of guy and we have a cat and a dachshund. Photography is a great hobby of mine and since becoming a Flickr member I feel that I have learned so much from other's photos. I do not claim to know everything about photography....but I'm learning.

I just purchased my first DSLR: a Canon EOS Rebel XS. It's instant camera love.
