I've been kicking around the Massachusetts technology sector for virtually my entire career (except for a VERY brief stint as editorial director with a "traditional" print publication) and what a long, strange trip it has been. From small dot-bombs to megaconglomerates eerily reminiscent of Dilbert strips, I've seen it all.

I originally created the bostonwriter.typepad.com blog as a parking lot for random happenings from the frontlines in the B2B tech community, but it has morphed into an online diary of sorts where I ramble on about everything from family events to politics.
