My name's Rachel (which means Little Lamb in Hebrew), I live in the economicaly screwed up USA, Virginia. I'm a spunky, zaftig, rebelious, different, open-minded, lonely (For people who see beauty like I do) teenager who just os happens to be going into the IB Program next year ;) [Global studying yada yada yada]. My captures aren't really around a main subject, but, whatver I DO post is gonna be pwertty gud...at least I think so ;). I don't have a Pro account so I can't do as much as most people, but I live w/ it. I don't know how to use Photoshop to MY advantage, but I use it for some small things. I NOW have obtained a decent ass camera (OLYMPUS RULES!!!!) from a very very VERY good friend of mine, and I appreciate it GREATLY!! :) when I go looking for a job (right now I'm more focused on my community service hours, so around junior year I'll look for another job [btw people will probably NOT HIRE ME 'cause they think I'm apart of the Trench Coat Mafia or some shi-...stuff like that {btw Trench Coat Mafia was not what I am.}]) anyways when I get some money I'm gona buy 3 lenses 70mm-100mm, fish eye, n MACRO......By the way I talk a lot :D [Have you noticed???] And, for those who automatically think that I'm a paganist who listens to death metal because of what's been shoved down their throat by the stupid media for the past 20 years, guess what! You ARE WRONG!...I do listen to death metal, but that's not the point! I listen to anything and everthing, and I don't discriminate against people's beliefs, feelings, or ideas. I'm a VERY open-minded teen who thinks that I'm not a 'lady' until I have a friggin' kid. Manners are NOT apart of my vocab people! I say whatever needs to be said and I want you to take it like an adult!...or whatever your age group is :P People need to grow UP and stop worrying about what happened in the past and how they think it always means what's gonna happen in the future. ALL I want is to be heard, and I encouarge everyone to do the same and stand up against the Rising Powers that have been creating zombies out of us w/ their fancy words and "promises" that never seem to get taken care of!...Yeah I'm ranting!! Who cares?!? I WILL NOT BECOME A BIG SHOT! And I'll tell you why, it's because I OBSERVE. I can't observe and report (lol!) if I'm a big shot....which is probably why I sit in the back of the class so I can see and hear stuff that people think I can't see and hear and then they do it infront of me ;) Which makes me have POWER against those who judge others. Which means I'm respected (But I'm also respected because I have a short fuse and I let everyone know these time 'n time again) :P I LOVE power, but I also LOVE THE POWER OF LOVE. Jimi Hendrix demonstrated this at Woodstock, and THIS is my Woodstock...how am I gonna change the world through pictures? I don't know yet, but I WILL! =)

p.s! I didn't mention it, but I'm a big zodiac freak :D I'm a Scorpio, which means I'm very agressive, passionate, driven, magnetic, tenacious, unshockable, compassionate, but I'm also jealous, self-destructive, self-critical, ruthless, overbearing, moody, insulting, cunning, and intolerant.My colors are marron, blue, and green (Marron is my favorite color). My plants are cactus, ivy, and oak (Cactus is my favorite plant :P). My metals are iron and steel (Actually my favorite metal is titanium). And, my favorite Famous Scorpio is Pablo Picasso. I like being acknowledged, winning,a nd all kinds of vigorous activities. I HATE too many compliments, being analyzed, and people who THINK they know more then I do :P.
