I have been an enthusiast photographer for 20+ years. I joined Flickr in 2007 as a creative outlet and to learn from the Flickr community. In the past couple of years things have changed quite a bit with me and also with Flickr.
I no longer find that I have the time to participate in the social networking aspect of the Flickr experience. Also, my expertise with the camera has grown considerably and I find myself doing much less "experimental" photography. Finally, Flickr has evolved for me into more of a publicly accessible image repository. Licensed under Creative Commons, my images can be found on thousands of websites, blogs, etc.
Feel free to use my images as you see fit. Just please make sure to follow the terms of the Creative Commons licensing and Flickr image linking. You must credit me as "Robert S. Donovan" and link back to the original photo here on Flickr.
