I am a longtime collector of vintage photographs, particularly real photo postcards from the early years of the 20th century, circa 1905-1930. What I find so appealing about RPPCs are not only the intriguing variety of subject matter but also the role I think they now play as significant sociohistorical visual-documents of the era they recorded.
