My name is Ban Tell. Originally from Jordan, currently residing in Paris. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, the past 4 years have been a mix of a career in web development, running and operating a home-based cake decorating business, and finally coming to Paris for an official pastry diploma.
I attended the pastry program at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, and obtained the Pastry Diploma in November 2010 with the highest ranking in class.
