Why I have so many animals’ pictures?
Photographing & Filming & Protecting Wildlife in Africa is my number one interest! Yes, it started as a cool hobby more than 11 years a go but then I understood that we have a responsibility to protect all nature's creatures and a passion to protect them. Maybe I could give some inspiration to the people start to understand that there are endangered species and places needing protection. We need accept the responsibility of taking care of the environment. We have the responsibility to preserve those places wild enough for the animals that inhabits there. It's more than animals looking cute. It's more than pretty pictures.

Por que eu tenho tantas fotos de animais?
Fotografar & Filmar & Proteger a Vida Selvagem na Africa é o meu principal interesse! Sim, começou como um hobby giro há mais de 11 anos atrás, mas então eu compreendi que, nós temos uma responsabilidade de proteger as criaturas da natureza e a paixão de protegê-las. Talvez eu possa dar alguma inspiração para as pessoas começarem à compreender que, há muitas espécies em perigo e muitos lugares selvagens que necessitam proteção. Nós necessitamos aceitar a responsabilidade de zelar pelo meio ambiente. Nós temos a responsabilidade preservar aqueles lugares selvagens, o suficiente para os animais que lá habitam. É mais do que os animais parecerem bonitinhos. É mais do que uma foto bonita.

- A variety of filters are used when deemed appropriate, the most frequently used one being a circulars polarizers for all lenses and Nikon 77mm circular polarizer filter.
- I always photograph from a tripod, monopod, or bean-bag to rest the heavy lenses when the use of tripod, monopod or other device (I have 10 especial devs) is impossible.

The meaning of bocavermelha…
Once long time ago...*Lol*... it was a nickname given to me by my friends - musicians, art’s painters and poets - in São Paulo, Brazil.
*bocavermelha - 2 words in one:
*“boca” in brazilian portuguese means = mouth, jaw, lips; gob; kisser, maw; entrance, outfall, opening, orifice, aperture; beginning, mouthpiece; muzzle, socket, stoma
*“vermelha” in brazilian portuguese means = red, claret; aglow; purple; rubicund, ruddy
*so the real meaning of the name “bocavermelha” came up because I was very active on fashion and music’s world and of course by the fact of my usual humorous-sarcastic comments about everything around me at that time.
