This group was created as an outlet to share our family's love of horses and the exciting sport of equine drill. Our wonderful horses carry us to fabulous adventures through drill, rodeo, competition and other events. I believe that equine drill teams can also help bring families closer together.

To tell you a little about myself, I'm married and have three wonderful boys. My older two boys are away at college most of the time and my youngest son is presently in High School. My youngest son, Peyton, shares my passion for horses and rides on the youth drill team. I enjoy riding in parades and trail riding. Because of health issues, I cannot ride on the ladies drill team, but when my health allows I still participate in slow practices, parades and the occassional grand entry.

The Canadian Valley Rangerettes, founded in 1969, are proudly celebrating their 40th anniversary. A few members have been there from the very beginning. It is believed that we are the longest running drill team in the State of Oklahoma. We are very blessed to have great people and great support. The Rangerettes are the first team to win back to back National Championships at the USEDC as well as winning the first ever SuperCup in the 2008 Ride of Champions and again in 2009.

The ladies on this team, as well as their families, are some of the most generous and yet humble people I have had the honor of meeting. They have been a vital part of making my childhood dream of owning and caring for horses come true. With that being said, I hope that this group will be an avenue to bring the entire drill community closer together.
