I hike and bike, have read Philip K. Dick obsessively at times and am now reading Philip Roth. Speak french fluently and am learning spanish. Have been in technology since the first PC. I've worked in engineering, marketing and business and I'm now a patent agent. I have a wife, 2 kids, 4 patents and 3 guitars--plenty of wives and kids but I'd like more patents and guitars. We live in santa cruz, calif where everybody surfs but us.

I was a co-founder of Live Picture which made great digital imaging products in the 1990s. I take a lot of photos--mainly family, travel and nature.
