In my photo stream there are photos taken with a variety of Canon cameras: the SD110 (3.2mp), S500 (5mp), SD550 (7.1mp) and now my primary camera is the G7 (10mp). I used or currently use the Canon dedicated UW housings for each of these cameras (You can read my reviews of the housings on Amazon.com.) I have recently been carrying an Olympus 1050SW as my "pocket camera", with good results. To add to my underwater capable cameras, I have new Canon D10 as well.....I bought it hoping to have something a little smaller for more casual water shots. I have been impressed with it's results so far.
I miss my old manual Nikon F2s, which were my workhorses early in my photography career and helped me understand how to properly expose film.....maybe sometime soon I will replace them with some sort of digital SLR. I am drawn to the Nikons from my past experiences, but the Canon cameras have served me well lately, and have a wider variety of UW housings available for them......choices, choices !!!
