Just realized my previous profile sounded a little sterile. I'm really not a serious person, only serious about trying not to be serious. I'm from Washington DC, which is really a lovely city despite the ugly regime that currently resides here.
I've been taking photos for about 11 years now, I love digital but really miss my film cameras and the time I used to have to spend in the dark room.I am a travel junkie, I might love travel almost a much as I love photography luckily the two go together like peas and carrots. I am an aspiring artist/photographer and am in love with the idea of being able to sustain myself making art someday. Until then I'll keep moonlighting as an office monkey, and keep traveling and taking pictures as much as I can.

Just got a new camera, and set myself up a studio in a defunct basement bathroom. My favorite subject to photograph is rural decay.

I sometimes adjust contrast and color, etc with photoshop but unless otherwise stated photos have not been digitally altered.
