For me, photography is about emotion - the feelings one has at the moment they take a photo with the hope of being able to capture that emotion and share it with whomever views the photo at some other time. A great photograph must be filled with emotion.
The awesome splendor of God's world during a colorful sunset, the soothing tranquility of a waterfall in the mountains, the delicate fabric of a flower's petal, or the beauty of urban life captured with the colors of night all evoke something within us at the very moment we have that experience.
I hope my photographs allow us to share my emotions and feelings at the precise moment the photograph was recorded.
