I am an artist, photographer and musician living in Leeds UK. I took up photography about two years ago and have since built up a large range of cameras, mostly film. I shoot most of my work on either my Bronica SQ-B or Pentax Spotmatic SP1000. I also shoot a lot with toy cameras such as the Holga, I love the unpredictability of the results. I love to use my Lomo L-CA, and have it on me all the time just in case I need a camera. I also like to paint, and enjoy integrating this into my photography. I also write articles for JPG magazine in my spare time. As you can see by my extensive and ever growing line up of cameras, I am a collector. Especially of Russian and former Soviet Union cameras. I shoot all of my cameras, there are none which hasn't at least either had, or is waiting to have a roll of film through it.

    Hobgrumble says:

"With an honourable love for analogue photography and Russian cameras, Rob caught my attention with the invaluable articles he has written for JPG magazine, before I checked his photographs out and realised that I had to have him as not only a contact, but a friend.
He was the reason I bought a Lubitel 166!"
