I probably was Germany's first hacker when I cracked the security mechanism of an IBM 5100 computer at our high school. That was back in 1977, when the word "hacker" wasn't even invented. Now I'm still in the IT industry, but one of the good guys.

My first real camera was an old Voigtländer from my dad. Later I used a Minox and my first SLR was a Minolta SR-T 303b, for which I had lenses from 16 to 600mm. I switched to a Canon EOS A2E in the 90s, today I'm using a Canon EOS 10D, a 40D, and a set of Canon and Sigma lenses from 8mm to 300mm.

In my job, I got to travel quite a bit, in other words, I live in airplanes. My photographic memory keeps track of my itinerary and the camera is always with me.
