"Judy straight away comes across as one of Flickrs most interesting.On her own admission she says she's new to the Art of Tweaking yet it certainly doesn't show on her pictures and she's turned her whole town into Technicolour!
You gotta admire a woman who rescues a rat and makes a pet of it so theres a lot of rat pictures on her photostream which is small by comparison to others who load in 4 figures worth.
