I really felt the need to share our cadets with the world. They joined the JROTC program to make friends and be a part of something bigger than themselves. I am sure they have all joined for different reasons. The JROTC project is not a recruiting tool for the military. It is a program for teens to build character, develop leadership skills, give back to the community with community service (More than 1000 hours this last year alone!) and realize that they are an important part of the world around us.
