There now follows a brief and hastily written artist biography which (knowing me as I do) is subject to change....

If you are reading this, it is fairly safe to assume that you have taken the time to be bothered to find out a little about me. You will in some part achieve this but in full, I'm afraid you will not. Describing oneself and one's life in even slight detail would take up far too much room and let's face it.. be a tad tedious and besides, my life is not too dissimilar to everyone else's in that I eat, sleep, breath, love, hate, etc, etc...
I am a rhythm based creature and (as is the case with my music and writing) I hope to create work that has an accessible beat but with varying degrees of cross rhythms over layered to create texture and depth. Be that visually or conceptually.
I do not know what I'm creating until it is created and even then, sometimes the outcomes have no rational bearing upon anything other than their actual arrival in front of the viewer.
Some of my work is 'deeper' than at first glanced. Others are as obvious as they seem.
At the very least, I hope to stimulate an emotional reaction within the viewer. but I cannot be held responsible for how that reaction manifests itself... I'm simply glad it has done. If indeed it has.
My work is forever evolving and growing, and with the help and inspiration of other artists herein... long may this continue..
