Biennial of the Americas' photostream

Comprised of 35 countries and home to every known ecosystem on earth, the Americas is a biologically, geographically and culturally rich inter-connected member of the global community. Beginning in July of 2010, and in every even-numbered year to follow, the City of Denver will host the Biennial of the Americas. This celebratory event will highlight and promote the ingenuity, imagination, cohesion and collaboration of the Western Hemisphere. Focusing on the four interlocking Biennial themes of innovation, sustainability, art and design, and community, Denver will harness the potential of a more united Western Hemisphere that is better prepared to address future challenges and opportunities.
