I am a photographer/photojournalist in the greater Phoenix area available for hire for events and publication work. I currently work as a photography intern at the East Valley Tribune newspaper, and have worked as a staffer at The State Press, ASU's student newspaper.
A senior in the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism, I am aiming for graduation in December of 2008 with a major in Print Journalism and minor in Justice Studies.
Currently, I am learning more about online media packaging and videography to produce multimedia packages for news media outlets.
I chose journalism because I love working with people and sharing human experiences. I feel a special connection when I can interact with individuals and produce pictorial moments in time that show details about them that are sometimes hidden in the bustle of daily life.
