I'm not good at photography and I don't consider myself a photographer per se so much as a hobbyist. I find it relaxing and it's an excuse to get me out of the house and moving. Plus it's fun to explore new places, so it's all to the good. The downside is I'm finding the equipment to be increasingly expensive.

I always appreciate comments on my pictures, so please do so if the spirit moves you. Many of you are very kind, but I really value constructive criticism as well, so if you can suggest ways in which I can improve my shooting, I'm all ears. Conversely, I love to comment on other people's photos as well for any that I find interesting.
