I have always been involved with art in one form or another all my life, but have only been painting in watercolour for the last twenty years. I love the way colours behave on wet paper and the lost and found edges that are the result of that interplay. I will often combine other mediums with watercolour, but watercolour remains my prime medium at the moment. I have shown my work in various venues, and have been fortunate enough to have sold many of my paintings. I am always taking art classes and love to look at the work of other artists. Learning and experimenting with new techniques is very important to me, as is the feedback from others. If anyone would like an explanation of any of the techniques I have used, I am more than happy to share. As artists, I feel, we have a deep obligation to share and help each other in any way we can.
