Meine ersten (analogen) Bilder waren wirklich eine Kunst für sich... Nach der Entwicklung waren viele Fotos ein Fall für die Tonne: Köpfe oder Füße fehlten, die Aufnahmen waren völlig schief.
2004 legte ich mir meine erste Digitalkamera zu: Casio EX-P505. Und mit diesem kleinen aber feinen Wunderwerk der Technik begann ich Blut zu lecken. Meine Begeisterung für die Fotografie war erwacht. Leider muss ich gestehen, dass ich zu faul war, mich näher mit den Funktionen der Kamera vertraut zu machen. Fotografieren hieß für mich: Motiv suchen, ablichten und mit PSP bearbeiten.
Seit Ende 2008 bin ich nun stolze Besitzerin meiner ersten DSLR: Nikon D40.
Die Kamera macht so exzellente Bilder, dass ich mir die Nachbearbeitung fast schenken kann. Diese Zeit investiere ich nun lieber um mich allmählich mit Belichtung, Blendeneinstellungen usw. zu befassen.
Vielleicht schaffe ich demnächst meine ersten HDR-Bilder, wer weiß...
Für Lob, Kritik, Tipps und Tricks bin ich jederzeit dankbar.
Ich liebe mystische und geheimnisvolle Orte. Mich inspirieren Geistergeschichten und stimmungsvolle Bilder (z.B. von Simon Marsden). Sicherlich wird eine meiner nächsten Anschaffungen ein Infrarotfilter sein. ;o)
Bei meinen Motiven bevorzuge ich Ruinen, Schlösser, Kirchen, Friedhöfe, aber auch Gedenkstätten und natürlich die Natur.


My first picture’s (Analogue) were a real art of their own. After developing the film, most of the picture’s belonged in the waste-paper basket. Firstly, the picture’s were crooked and on some the head’s and feet were missing.
In 2004 I got my first digital camera; it was a Casio EX-P505. With this small but fine miracle of technology I began to feel the excitement in my blood. Yes, I had found my passion for photography.
Unfortunately, I must also confess that I was to idle to familiarise my-self with the functions of the camera. To take pictures for me meant to find a motive or subject then snap it. I would then process the pictures with my PSP.
Towards the end of 2008 I purchased a new camera and I am now the proud owner of my first DSLR, it’s Nikon D40.
The camera produces such excellent pictures, so there is no need for image processing anymore. I now prefer to spend my time with exposure and diaphragm, etc.
So maybe I’ll be ready to take my first HDR pictures soon, who knows!
Any feedback and suggestions are always welcomed.
I love mystical and arcane places. Most of my inspirations comes from ghost stories and impressive photos (such as those from Simon Marsden). So it looks like an IR filter will be one of my next acquisitions. ;o)
I do prefer ruins,castles,churches and cemeteries but also memorial places of interest and not forgetting the nature of my motifs.
