The Belfast Fringe Festival's "Design Our Logo" COMPETITION!

The Belfast Fringe Festival Committee would like to announce an open competition for the design of the identifying logo for the Belfast Fringe Festival.
The logo will be prominently placed on the festival's guidebooks, posters, flyers and tee-shirts at all events which are officially part of the Festival.

You don't need to be an expert artist or qualified Graphic Designer to compete.
In the spirit of the Fringe this contest is open to everyone, including groups, and is not confined to one particular age range.
For example, this would make a good project for schools and college classes.

All you have to do is e-mail your entry (or entries) in jpeg format to BelFringe@yahoo.com
The entries will then be uploaded to our Flickr page, which you can find here:
www.flickr.com/BelFringe

The public will be allowed to vote for their favourites.
The most popular six will be shortlisted, and the final selection will be made by the Committee.

The deadline is 11.59pm on 2nd April 2010 (Good Friday ).

Progress reports will be posted to the Studio NI Group, so everyone can stay up to date.
