Hello and welcome to the Bear Treasures flickr photostream.

My name is melanie Jayne I design and lovingly hand craft artist teddy bears for the discerning adult collector. I use traditional materials including mohair, glass eyes and hardboard disk joints, cotter pins, nut and blots for limb joints. Mixing traditional materials with my own creativity and contemporary techniques provides me with the freedom to craft individual personalities into the bears I make.
