I have been around photography all my life - my mother is a professional photographer. I've been a professional as well, I guess you could say, for quite a while now, covering weddings and dabbling a bit in photojournalism for tiny publications. Regardless of my professional status, I count photography as one of my passions (which also includes music and writing).

I am the owner of Organic Exposure, a photography business based in Raleigh, North Carolina.

And then, there are the photographs.

For a person's work to stand out so blatantly from so many others' is a bit unsettling. If you threw prints taken by 1000 Flickr members onto a table, you could spot Ben's work.
Or rather, it spots you.
It reaches up and grabs you, causing you to lose balance and fall right into the image itself. Now, this isn't done with the very best camera, or by the oldest, wisest photog -- this is done with the man's SOUL. And if that's all you ask for in a photograph, you've found Mecca.

And STILL, you don't know how much he can still accomplish; how high he can climb on his own personal height chart. But, you will soon.
