I am the author of the American Civl War web blog: ThisMightyScourge.com/. My blog is a forum that explores the soldiers, companies, regiments and brigades that fought in the American Civil War. While many sites deal with the Civil War, including my other web site: www.BattlefieldPortraits.com/, very few deal with the smaller fighting units that were made up of fathers, sons, brothers, cousins and uncles. This site is dedicated to the soldiers from both sides. Additionally, I spend a great deal of time reviewing books on the Civil War - and many times include author interviews with the review.
