  "I absolutely amazed by Geoff's urban NYC picture taking style. Geoff is able to present NYC in his own unique style that captures its look, colour and vibrancy. His studies of typical New York shops and restaurants, people, urban landmarks not only re-enforce peoples impressions of New York but continue to help define it. Geoff's pictures are bright, vivid bold with an appealing contrast. Geoff has a way of capturing the ambiance of New York with the way he captures texture, from the detailed, sometimes gritty, brown bricks to the variety of brightly coloured shop signs and billboards, to the ubiquitous yellow cab. (No one can take pictures of billboards and make them interesting in the photograph like Geoff can!). The photos evoke a welcoming city of neighbourhoods with a huge array of different people with everyday habits going about their everyday business. Just like the rest of us, only set in NYC. Haven't been to New York yet but I feel familiar with it in good part because of of Geoff's images and can't wait to visit."

  "How I have not bumped into Geoff on the streets of NYC as we take pictures I don't know.
  I am glad though we bumped into each other here. He and I both take pictures of New York City but his skill at really capturing life, the vibrancy of NYC is evident immediately. Places I have seen a thousand times I see them fresh through his camera and artistic skill.
  This is a gallery worth exploring and noting.
