  This man represents for me the "Zenitude" of photography. A Master whose eye is so pure, that the images possess the full power of the emotions that he allows himself to feel, in the face of the deep tranquility and essential beauty of our world.
  
  These are not exercises in style, although they possess a signature that is unmistakeable. They are not technical achievements, although they reek of the craftsmanship that extracted power from the initial image. They are simply art in action. The drawing of a perfect circle, freehand. A modern execution of an ancient style in the place where it was born.
  
  I cannot thank Stephane enough for the example he gives of a talent that cannot hide its light, because it is simply above and beyond what others like myself struggle to achieve. I am, however, deeply inspired to invest my spirit also in deepening the emotive power of what I can achieve.
