I have a Zenfolio site where there are images for sale, if you see something on my stream that you'd like and is not there please flickr-mail me and I'll add it.

It seems that one or two people like my photos please can I ask that if you would like to use them for any purpose you ask me first explaining what you want to do with them. I will rarely refuse but I like to be asked!
By the way if you are interested in any of my photos please email me. The ones here on flickr are all reduced in size for posting. The Sony Alpha 100 takes 10mp photos which can be good up to A3 size.
My main camera is now a Sony DSLR A580 which produces excellent quality at least to A3 size.

In March 2008 my daughter and I were very fortunate to be able to go on a safari holiday to Tanzania. We had an absolutely fabulous time. I took loads of photos most of which are here. I've finally finished! The last photo was posted today Saturday 10-01-2009.
Not sure what the next project will be but I do intend to post more of the beautiful Isle of Man.
The 4th April 2009 was my first Flickr birthday and I just wanted to thank all my Flickr family for making it such an enjoyable one.

It seems one or two people would like to be contacts thats fine and I will generally add to my list but please be aware that I do have a life outside of flickr and may or may not get a chance to see your listings. If I have time I will look and generally comment but please don't expect me to and if you are playing tit for tat then look somewhere else as I don't have the time to play.
I take photos cause I enjoy doing so I also enjoy trying to produce the best I can and that often involves processing them in some way. If you like my photos then please leave a comment and constructive criticism is always welcome, as I'm still learning.
Unfortunately there is a side to flickr I don't like ... its those glittery awards that some groups insist on using I don't like giving or receiving them and will tend not to use them. One of the main reasons I don't like awards much is because they change or disappear and then theres a load of unsightly blank bits under my photos! To get rid of them means deleting the comment and I don't really want to do that. OK rant over for now!

Over the 9 months or so I've been following Barbara I've seen her work really grow, there are some really well thought out shots with great composition and post processing. I particulalrly like the "Bridge at Beddgelert" which Barbara did an excellent job of tranforming into a high contrast mono shot.
